Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital product delivery

Ratevert sells digital website access and online converter tools. Paid access is delivered through your Ratevert account after checkout is completed successfully. We do not sell physical goods. There are no physical shipments or return shipments, and there is no delivery carrier process.

2. Paid plans

Ratevert offers these paid website plans:

• PRO: $4.99 per month, renewing monthly until canceled.
• PRO PLUS: $35 per year, renewing yearly until canceled.
• LIFETIME: $62 one-time website purchase, with no automatic renewal.

Paid plans increase saved website flow limits and paid tool limits for the travel price scanner for mobile, desktop price converter, and browser extension workflows as described on the pricing page.

3. Subscription cancellation

Recurring PRO and PRO PLUS subscriptions can be canceled through the Ratevert account page using Stripe billing management. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required otherwise by law, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund requests

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at info@ratevert.com. Include the email address on your Ratevert account, the plan purchased, the charge date, and a short description of the issue.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may approve refunds for duplicate charges, accidental purchases, technical access issues that we cannot resolve, or where required by applicable law. We do not guarantee refunds for partial use of a billing period after a subscription has been canceled.

5. Disputes

Please contact Ratevert support before opening a payment dispute so we can review and resolve the issue quickly. If a dispute is opened, we may provide Stripe and the payment network with account, checkout, access, and support records needed to respond to the dispute.
