This Service operates as a multi-market price rate conversion tool. All data displayed is sourced from publicly available information. Ratevert offers free website access plus optional paid digital website plans. The public MCP remains on a separate free tier with its own usage limits unless we clearly state otherwise.

3. Service Modifications and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice. This includes the right to:

  • Add or remove features and functionality.
  • Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the Service.
  • Adjust pricing, packaging, or entitlement scope for future renewals or new purchases.

We will clearly disclose what you would be paying for before any paid purchase is completed.

4. Third-Party Services

This Service utilizes third-party providers to function properly, including but not limited to:

  • Cloudflare - for hosting, security, content delivery, and analytics.
  • Clerk - for account authentication and account management.
  • Stripe - for secure payment processing, subscriptions, checkout, and billing management.

These third parties operate under their own terms and conditions. By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree to comply with their applicable policies.

5. Internet Connection and Device Responsibility

Certain features require an active internet connection to function properly. We are not responsible for:

  • Service interruptions due to lack of internet connectivity.
  • Data charges imposed by your internet or mobile service provider.
  • Device compatibility issues or failures.
  • Battery depletion or hardware malfunctions on your end.

You are responsible for all costs associated with your internet connection and device usage.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, all data is obtained from publicly available third-party sources. We:

  • Cryptocurrency names, symbols, and related marks are property of their respective projects and organizations.

  • Economic indicators, GDP data, and currency information are derived from government and public sources.
  • We make no claim of ownership over such third-party data, trademarks, or proprietary information.

8.3 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

This license does not permit:

  • Commercial use of any information from the Service.
  • Creation of derivative works or competing services.
  • Systematic downloading or database extraction.

9. Age Restriction

This Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information should contact us immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ratevert.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We encourage you to review this page regularly for any modifications. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.

14. Billing and Paid Website Access

Ratevert offers optional paid website plans through Stripe. These paid website plans apply to the Ratevert website only unless we clearly state otherwise.

  • PRO is billed at $4.99 USD per month and renews automatically until canceled.
  • PRO PLUS is billed at $35 USD per year and renews automatically until canceled.
  • LIFETIME is a $62 USD one-time website purchase and does not renew automatically.
  • Paid access is delivered digitally through your Ratevert account after checkout is completed successfully.
  • Canceling a recurring plan stops future renewals. Website access continues through the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise by law or Stripe payment status.
  • Refund requests are reviewed according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy and where required by applicable law.
  • Paid website access is described separately from the free public MCP limits unless we clearly state otherwise.
  • We may change, pause, or discontinue paid features, pricing, or packaging for future purchases or renewals in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
